Plus, you might even experience less bloating since you are likely to take in less air when you chew. It can make a surprisingly big difference!

Great reminder. It helps to be engaged in the moment and mindful of our current actions. One might even try thinking positive affirmations associated with food while eating. šŸ˜ƒ
